EDM machine apparently needs to be re-calibrated.

in the 400m, that might be the biggest turbo boost at the end I've ever seen.

Gotta be tough for Newman to take such a long break before the do or die jump

I love how the women keep getting a late-day medal palette-cleanser on days the men disappointed earlier. Great job by her.

That was a great performance by Alysha Newman

I think that her second attempt at 4.90 was so close, if she could have tried again sooner, she may well have cleared it. That was a really long break

Also steeplechase is weird

Scary stuff in the Steeplechase for that poor Ethiopian guy. He smoked his head on the ground

You must have missed out on Yelena Isinbayeva. She still has the record at 5.06".

Is this green text? Because he is quite possibly the worst.

this one is good too, Ukraine vs Kazakhstan. Olympic boxing is 9 minutes of fury.

Edit: can't see how the Ukrainian has any gas left for round 3

I don't think we've ever had a top female sprinter? At least to the best of my recollection.
Didn’t we have a pretty good female sprinter who was caught up in the Charlie Francis steroid stuff? I can picture her.
