It's going to be sweet when Tij comes to the Flames as a UFA after signing a Chucky-like bridge deal after his ELC with Utah.
His dad in the FO, hopefully his brother here after being drafted by the Flames in '26
And this is all after Makar comes home, we get a new arena and CC has built a powerhouse.
It's about time some of these chips started falling in our direction instead of getting Tkachuk'ed, Gaudreau'ed and Fox'ed.

Lol. Absolutely no. I actually have a fair deal of respect for players that sign with and play for the team that drafted them instead of the team they wanted to go to. And we're all assuming that Tij really wanted to go to Calgary in the first place.

I recalled a dream I had to a friend this morning where we were guessing names for the Utah hockey club.
After a few rounds of polygamists, golden plates and pioneers I came up with Missionaries (in my dream). Because that club has been ####ing fans and municipalities for a long time. Never mind the Tij Iginla screw over they gave us.
I woke up laughing though.
