I would have been fine with signing him at that contract - 2 years would be perfect, but Duclair is 28, and four years at $3.5 is pretty good value

however, we signed enough guys - and Mantha for 1 year is way better

With Lou I am surprised we found out the AAV this early. I would have given him 5.5Mx2 years or $4.5x3 but would not have wants to go 4 years
