In his three full seasons as Head Coach in Minnesota they had a .661 winning percentage in the regular season which was good enough for 6th in the entire NHL.
IMO those teams were no where close to that good.
Jared Spurgeon was his number 1 dman, and Kaprizov, Zuccarello, and Eriksson Ek were his three best forwards. Talbot, Fleury, Kahkonen, and Gustavsson were his goalies.
How he got that team to a winning percentage above .650 is remarkable. He got criticized for not winning a playoff round, but that's what happens when your team is overperforming and then has to play Knights, Blues, and Stars teams in round 1 that are just better teams.
