Huska needs to put Kylington in the starting lineup, he deserves a standing O during lineup announcement

Great news that Kylington is going to be in the lineup!

But him and Oesterle as a pairing? That is going to horrific, and butter-soft. Put him with Tanev and give him a chance to succeed:

Weegar - Andersson
Kylington - Tanev
Hanifin - Oesterle

(Hanifin and Gilbert haven't looked bad together, just saying)

Why does Oesterle have to play at all?

Hanifin-Andersson
Kylington-Tanev
Gilbert-Weegar

I suspect Kylington is going to have very limited minutes so he's on with the next lowest minutes guy and sometimes someone else (Tanev or Andersson probably) will double shift.

I'm actually genuinely curious to see a Kylington - Weegar pairing because I think both guys would compliment each other quite well. I think we might see it after the deadline.

Does he fetch a first rounder? We'll see.
If Lindholm is ultimately traded and doesn't fetch a first, I'll eat my hat.

#1B center, young, scored 40 goals and 80 points two years ago, defensively sound, plays PK ...

It's rare that a player of his caliber is avaliable at the deadline. Even struggling this year, he will fetch a handsome return.

The mistakes, when they occur, will be guaranteed epic ones anyway. Every D-man makes a boo-boo now and then and despite both being talented players Weegar and Kylington are no exception. But theirs often seem to be dangerous ones. With both it's a lot of risk/reward. Weegar loves to challenge at his own blue line and make sometimes risky plays at the other one.
