As long as they aren't those shiny helmets helmets that the Kings and Knights occassionaly wear. I honestly don't know how they're allowed to wear those. The glare most be super distracting for the opposing team. They fugly as uck as well.

You guys talk about dark-colored helmets is confusing to look at, how about teams wearing same-colored pants all the time (red vs red, blue vs blue, black vs black), how about everyone wearing black skates?
