Should have pick it up and tossed it over the net

Stars had 6 shots on goal in the final 40 minutes.

This game shouldn’t have been as close as it was. Stars lucky to get a point.

Flames are starting to believe in themselves and are suddenly looking like an actual playoff calibre team. This is fun! Hopefully they can keep rolling and continue to climb up the standings.

I thought they can only challenge goaltender interference and offside. They can challenge hand pass now? What else can they challenge?

Puck hit Backlunds hand/arm, dribbles down his body, gets stuck in his equipment for a second, drops to his feet, Huberdeau finds it.
Hand pass. Come on. Yet a player can throw the puck from behind our net, bounce off our players stick and they can now score with no repercussions.

The NHL has dumb rules and dumber refs

Flames "best defenseman" gets traded.

Tanev, Hanifin, Weegar (Andersson) say hello.

Weegar is now tied for 2nd place in the NHL in goals for defensemen! With the likes of Makar, Karlsson and OEL(I guess that's who Z is replacing in VAN).

Any play that should have stopped play.

I don't care what the score said, the boys ran Dallas's show all night.
I think DeBore might be my least favorite coach in the league. He's such a weasel, and it feels like he challenges a goal or two every time we play.

Hockey gods after that herculean effort on behalf of the Stars by the refs and Toronto:

Goalie reaches outside the crease to catch the puck and contacts the offensive players stick as hes going for the redirection. How is that even up for debate whether it counts or not? I could see the argument if it happens in the crease but I'm not sure I see the argument against here. Stars postgame panel is salty.
