Well I just was too lazy to find a site with split stats but it sounds like I was right. That brings the 23 point difference down to a 12 point difference. Almost half the points Toffoli has on him. Anyway good pickup for the Jets.

No, it doesn't make your point at all.

34 to 22 is not at all close - more than 50% more.

Even strength points are hard to come by and that is a big difference. The closest on the Flames to Nino is Hanifin, who has 21. Andersson has 19. Coleman has 27.

The only top 9 forward on the Flames that doesn't have more EVP is Pelletier

I didn’t say that Nino was better than Tyler. I’m just saying you can’t take their point stats and compare like some were here because it doesn’t take into account things like pp time and such. I also think Toffoli plays with a better center (Lindholm) than anyone on Nashville. I don’t think Nino is as good as Tyler but I still think it’s a good pickup for the Jets.
