Was eatbread not skating properly into the pass there? Massive breakdown for this team that shouldn't be happening at this point in the season. I'm sure they've practiced their breakouts a few times by now.

I’d be more onboard with benching Dube for something like that if Lewis/Lucic got similar treatment but they don’t.
That giveaway is Dube “playing the system” and not trusting his own instincts. That’s the breakout play that they’re supposed to do…but just yikes

Too many defensive zone turnovers already. One good chance off the post and Car have several high danger chances and convert off a brutal turnover. Sloppy sloppy play. These guys are playing scared.
