Yep, it sure was. Half of the OOT scores had a shutout.

Logan Thompson makes 29 saves for the SHUTOUT. Smith and Karlsson each with 1g, 1a. Karlsson with a SHG. Gibson was pulled after 2 periods.

Ullmark made 30 saves in the Bruins net and Pastrnak gets 2 points in the Bruins victory. Neither team scored on the PP. Merzlikins was also pulled after 2 periods.

Vanecek gets the 24 save shutout in the Devils win. The Devils were perfect on the PK going 6/6.

The Islanders with a solid 6-2 road win against the Hurricanes. Sororkin was excellent in net and the PK was 3/3 including being down 2 skaters for 97 seconds. Josh Bailey scored for the Isles in his 1000th career game.

The Canucks win again and back up Spencer Martin has yet to lose in reg time in the NHL.

The Coyotes bucked the PK trend, they were 5/5 on the PK yet still lost. Vejmelka was the reason the Coyotes were able to get a point as he made 32 saves in the OT loss. Wheeler with the GWG in Mullet arena (Sammy Hagar night). LOL.

Unrelated but I hate when the virtual boards have road team ads on them, I shouldnt be watching a Coyotes-Jets game from Arizona and see “Go Jets Go” on the boards.
What feed are you watching?

Ads are geared to the target audience. If the game is on TV, the ads are geared to the TV audience, not the in-building crowd. If you're watching the Sportsnet or TSN feed, it's going to be ads for the Manitoba audience. If it's ARI vs WPG, even the ESPN feed will probably get more Cdn than US viewers.

Sure, but some of the people making the targeting decisions appear to have a screw loose.

For instance, nothing is more puzzling to me than seeing an ad for the program I'm already watching. Yes, I'm obviously in the target audience, but they have already made the sale. What do they think I'm going to do, put two TVs side by side and watch it twice at one time?

‘GO JETS GO’ ads during a Jets game seem like they would fall into that category.

Ain't gonna miss that whatsoever . Man, when Johnny is engaged and "On" he's amazing. Like he was in his contract year. But when he isn't, can't stand the player.

The Winnipeg Jets (New) beat the Winnipeg Jets (Old). Win-win for Winnipeg fans.

Happy for Rittich.
