You get the sense that the players on the team right now just want to win really badly and are willing to put in the work.

As good as the Gaudreau and Tkachuk era was, I never had the sense that they wanted it all that badly. Of course every player wants to win in a given night, but big picture-wise, I have my doubts that they were that committed.
