Poor Phillips getting hit on the bench. I'm not sure if he got hit by a puck or a stick, but the Seattle play by play guy said he was getting medical attention on the bench.

My eye test tells me Zarys the best player on the ice in that period. It's a pretty big gap too. He on it tonight.

No, he was killing it last full camp too until the ankle break. He's right back to that level of performance IMO. If not better. He looks a lot faster.

Seattle has better forwards here obviously.
I thought our defensemen are a bit disjointed however I really noticed Valimaki playing smart and sound on the penalty kill. Like both Zary and Pelltier.
I like games with no play by play do work outs that way all the time. Your not distracted and if you can see who they are you can judge for yourself and watch guys away from the puck easier IMHO.
