That signing was absolutely stupid.
yeah, cap management has been a problem. Even given 3.75mil for a third pairing guy is not good.

Saying you don’t want them in hockey is.

Right. Of course, if he was talking about Italian names, no different (and explains his weird Giordano hatred).

What’s your interpretation of that post?

How bout this:

“Let’s pick up Yamamoto if he goes on waivers”

“Nah, don’t want those Judo names on my team”.

and the thread is about Rodrigues, so I thought he was talking about Latinos. But yeah, he does seem to have a weird, anti-Italian vibe going on

I tell ya, we can't have Latinos OR Italians playing this here game of hockey. They're all the same anyway. And those wussy Europeans, if you let them in it'll ruin the game. And the Asians, I know Asia is a big place, but I don't care if they come from China, India, or Lebanon, they don't belong in hockey. Neither do the black guys, Muslims, Jews, or Catholics. And I'm not too keen on them Holy Rollers either.

Hockey is a fine upstanding whitebread American sport, by cracky, and we need to keep it that way. 'Cos next thing you know, they'll be letting Canadians play it too, and there goes the neighbourhood!
