I'll vote for Whynot if he puts Whynot? on his name bar.

Coronato due to assumed higher ceiling than Pelletier. Right shot rightwing.
Goalies are voodoo.

Yes, that’s what I meant. Just a thought though, I’m indifferent really.

I just can't bring myself to pick a goalie. Been burned too many times.

Pelletier said he is going to win a cup with the Flames. I believe him.

It's Wolf for me. He has done nothing other than be the best goalie in whichever league he plays in, now including the second best in the world.
He got 3 shutouts in a playoff series win. Just a stunning performance and he's put himself in the same class as Saros did when he was a prospect, which could mean long term franchise goalie level netminding.
I understand goalies are tough to project but he's pretty amazing.

I have been low on Pelletier since we drafted him, but he absolutely put my fears to sleep this year. He is my #1. Wolf is a close #2 in my mind; he has the potential to be world class but I am still concerned that the flames have not created a good runway to achieve that potential.

I’ve got Pelletier, only because of the position. I don’t fault anyone for picking Wolf though. He’s a stud in his own right.

Although he won't be ready to crack the Flames line up full time for another season or 2, but Wolf is our best prospect, with star player potential that will dominate the league for years to come.
But then he is American, and we know about how American stars turn out for the Flames recently....

Wolf for me. Combination of most likely to make the show and most likely to be impactful in the show.

Pelletier is near 100% to make the show, at this point, and likely will this year.
Wolf is a stud, but goalies are witches, there is no guarantee at all that he will make the show.

Goalies are already crazy voodoo, I wouldn’t worry about the American part. There’s only 32 starting jobs, goalies really can’t be picky.
Hell Winnipeg has an American Vezina goalie.

I agree with you, but I'm also factoring in the highest potential I see as well.

Wolf has earned every single bit of hype in his Jr/Pro career so far. He's been elite and he deserves the #1 spot for his play.

Still question marks for Wolf but I give him bonus points for importance of the position so has my vote.
