Avs in 4, Preds won't be around long enough for Saros to come back imo.

I'll say it's Avs in 7. They outscore the Preds by a sizable margin, but Nashville finds ways to win 3 close games and make this longer than anyone expects.

Avalanche betting odds to sweep the series 4-0 is +380 meaning if you bet $100 you make $380 ontop of your original $100 bet. That looks like terrific odds to me..

It actually takes only seven days to play four playoff games.

Based on how that last game went I have even less faith in Ingram than I have in Rittich.

Avs win in a short series but will pay the price physically which will make their second round matchup against another heavy team pretty tough

More often than not you are better to bet $100 on the money line and roll over the winnings for every game. At least that's how the futures markets in Football work. Say in game 2, the Av's win but suffer injuries to MacKinnon and Makar at that point you can take your winnings and either scale back on your next bet, or take advantage of what should be better odds in game 3 and 4 to up your total winnings.

Ya, Nashville is in trouble with the goalie options they have, without Saros this is a sweep for the Avs. Unfortunate because it could have been a closer series.

We all agree Nashville tanked to duck the Flames right?

Tampa vs Columbus was the surest looking series I can remember in the salary cap era.

There is no reason to think Avs won't dominate and win, but there is always the lingering doubt when you have a David v Goliath matchup. A scrappy and motivated Perds team with basically nothing to lose can lock it down defensively and chip away at low scoring games.

I still predict a comfortable Avs win.

Only hope Nashville has is a Tampa/Columbus level implosion or BSD achieving god-like powers. Barring that, this is a mis-match from the top of the roster to the bottom.

I like that Nashville ended up against Colorado because now I can cheer for Rittich. Go BDR!

Rittich won’t be in the NHL next season.

He has the talent but the mental aspect of the game is very difficult especially as a goalie and I think he has lost his confidence.

Well now I feel silly about wanting Dallas instead of Nashville. I was sure the Surros thing was just smoke and mirrors and he'd be back for Game 1.

(I didn't doubt he was hurt - just the 4 week time frame)
