I don't know man that 2024 5th rounder might be franchise altering. You're right though it's a nothing for nothing move.
Hope he's a good fit, but I just don't see the appeal. At this point I doubt Carpenter draws into the lineup unless there are a couple of injuries at forward, and in that case I'd rather have someone from Stockton called up.
