Janmark scores a shorthanded goal, 3-1 Knights.

The BJs are up 2-1 on the Blues in the first period.

I look forward to the trades the Oilers will make from a guy who knows about winning.

They will be overpays in terms of assets, and disruptive and undermining to whatever system Woodcroft actually has actually gotten them playing and on the same page these past couple weeks.

Devils are just bad, they try hard, but lets be honest, The Oilers didn't look like world beaters today.

I almost want to see them make the playoffs, play the Avs in the first round and lose the best of 7 in 3 games because McDavid and Draisaitl quit like they did the last time they were in the playoffs.

But congrats for beating the Devils, I guess.

The Coyotes are following their pattern, just rely on great goaltending. The Penguins out shot them 19-5 in the first period. Both teams have scored in the second period, 1-1 right now. Wedgewood is in the Coyotes net.

Columbus now leads 3-1.

Chris Cuthbert, Garry Galley, and Kyle Bukauskas are calling the Leafs-Predators game.

John Bartlett, Greg Millen, and Sean McKenzie are calling the Senators-Habs game.

LOL, the Devils lost to all three Western Canadian teams 6-3. When was the last time that happened?

The Knights beat the Kings and the BJs defeated the Blues.

The Predators lead 3-1 over the Leafs.

The ABC game is excellent. The Lightning are up 1-0. Sean McDonagh, Ray Ferraro, and Emily Kaplan are the announcers.

Yeah you do, ya scruffy little lying s###.

Half his points are secondary assists, EN points and tallies late in a losing effort to make it 5-3.

Man I am glad the flames have been so hot and got a little gap, our division is going to be a dogfight for positioning down the stretch, Thompson looks like he's getting his legs in the NHL and Vegas is heating up now too, I think he's going to be a better goalie than Lehner once he fully adjusts to the league, Oilers have dumped some water on the tire fire temporarily too and are riding a mini wave.

Hope that the Knights and Oilers come together in round 1 and kick the piss out of each other and Calgary draws LA in round 1. I hate the crossover/wildcard format and it would suck if they get a wildcard team from the central in round 1 as I think a team like Nashville would be a much harder hurdle.

The Oilers have just had a run of terrible teams (or teams playing awful), that's about it.

That stretch ends pretty soon.

I think Vegas is going make a run here. The better question is does LA keep up their pace or trip down the stretch.

Could see it ending up
Flames
Knights
Oilers

after all.

After hoping hard to meet the av's in rd.1 a couple years ago, I will not play that game again. I feel like they should be able to beat any team they're up against in the first round or two, barring injuries at least.

The Knights are on a 2 game winning streak after losing 5 straight. They beat the Kings 5-1. The Knights are are relying on their 3rd string rookie goalie Logan Thompson. He made 38 saves in the win. The Kings threw everything they had at the Knights in the 3rd period, the shots were 19-4 for the Kings. The PP for the Kings was 0/3.

The BJs with the upset of the day as the defeated the Blues 5-4 in reg time. Perron scored a hat trick in the loss. The BJs goalie, Elvis, left the ice with a possible injury in the 3rd period. The Blues are now just 5 points up on the 8th place Knights in the western conf.

Brock Nelson gets a hat trick in the Islanders 4-2 win over the Stars. Varlamov with 37 saves in the win. The 9th place Stars are now 3 points back of the Knights.

Thank you Predators for beating the Leafs 6-3. Saros was solid in net for the Predators as he stopped 38 Leafs shots.

The Wild win 3-1 over the Bhawks, both teams were perfect on the PK.

The Rangers squeak out a 2-1 win in Tampa Bay as Zibanejad scored the GWG with 16 seconds left in reg time.

The Kraken were down 2-0 heading into the 3rd period and come back to win 4-2. That was impressive.despite going 0/5 on the PP. The Kraken fired 41 shots on Nedeljkovic.

That is the only thing that keeps the score respectable in their losses as the Coyotes went on to lose 4-1. Wedgewood made 45 saves and was the star of the game. Crosby scored 2 goals for the Penguins.
