The intra Pacific Division game has the score tied 3-3 midway through the third period.

Awww, poor Jackie Eichel. I think somebody hurt his feelings.... I am sure he probably has some legitimate beef with how Buffalo handled things, but he just comes across as a baby with these post-game comments. He has some growing up to do.

Moore has three points for the Kings including a shorthanded goal.

Kings were up 3-1. Sharks came back and Hertl won it in OT

That interview with Eichel and his comment show exactly why he will never win anything. Maybe he would have heard a loud crowd in Buffalo if he ever did anything to inspire them.

How has Vegas been since he got back, went from first spot to could be out of a playoff spot if Edmonton wins there game in hand.

VGS is 4-6-1 with Eichel in the lineup

24 goals for, 2.18 GPG, which is 31st in the league over that time.

Quote from the guys on the fan last spring

"Gaudreau, Tkachuk, and a 1st...and that probably wouldn't even be enough"

Although to be fair if the Flames made a reasonable trade for Eichel Darryl would have him tearing it up

Trade for Hertl. We have a Check teammate.

You mean having your best forward on LTIR and adding an inferior player to the roster isn't a sure-fire recipe for winning? Colour me shocked.

Have we started seriously discussing catching COL?

Win out this weekend and then it becomes a possibility.

Need to take another 4 pointer from them.

I really don't care if the Flames land in 1st or 2nd. But I suppose if we end up having to face them that having home ice counts for something.

For sure, it has been mentioned every time the Avs lose. This is going to happen.

I don't care about catching Colorado. I mean I'd take it for sure, but my biggest hope is that the Flames stay healthy.

The good news from the OOT for the Flames had the Avs lose in reg time. The bummer is that the Kings get a point in their OT loss to the Sharks.

The Blues, Wild, and Predators winning is good as those teams pull further away from the Oilers. The Jets winning puts them 4 points back of the Oilers. The 8th place Stars are just a point up on Edmonton, 4 up on the Ducks, and 9 up on the Sharkies.

Yup.

What I want is for them to extend the divisional lead so that they can rest players - in particular, Markstrom - during the last few weeks of the season, and focus on being healthy and rested for the playoffs.

To me, that is way more important than trying to pass COL.

Beat them on the road again on Sunday and we won’t need home ice advantage if we meet them in the playoffs.

Need Vegas or maybe Vancouver to step it up for third in the division though. Anaheim is falling off the pace…

I was firmly in the "trade for Eichel" camp, but we might have dodged a bullet. You go 4-6-1 with your new team and lose 3-1 against your former team, and all you can think of is a petty quote like this? Great player, but not sure he's leadership material. At the very least, pick your spot when you want to throw shade ... this was not it.

let's put it that way, in hindsight I'm not exactly unhappy about trading for Toffoli (who's on a great contract and has been scoring a point per game for us so far) instead of Eichel.
