A very impressive NHL save percentage of 57% this year.

I know. Did you see that save percentage? Woof. 600 goals and 1,300 points may be a possibility!

Chechelev, Greenfield and Shortridge are all on AHL/ECHL deals.
Is the "future consideration" Tyler Parsons?

This is totally just an AHL depth trade.
Weird fact about McNiven... watched a bit of him with Laval last year, and he's the only goalie I've ever seen who wears No. 3. Never seen that before or since.

Totally is.
Followed McNiven since his OHL days. Everytime I see his name I still first misread it as:
McLovin

It seems very unlikely that the Flames would trade Vladar as they are about to head down the stretch drive. That would leave them no competent back up if Markstrom went down and no Wolf is not ready to be an NHL starter if Vladar was gone and Markstrom got injured.
IMO Wolf would be the most likely to get traded of the Flames goalies right now, if that is what is happening.
More than likely it's nothing more than added depth though, both teams are top teams right now and hoping for deep playoff runs.

My guess is they move on from Chechelev.
Kansas City isn't likely to make the ECHL playoffs, so he'd be available to Stockton as a third stringer.

Wolf will be part of the deal to Seattle.

I’d be very surprised if this organization trades Wolf. He is probably our top prospect. Would have to a trade that brings back a pretty big name.

Is there any chance they are planning in case "No more Russian players" becomes a thing?

I think this is one of the pieces that had to happen in order for us to get Giroux. But it has to happen now to make sense.

why do we have to dissect every move that is made as if something bad must come out of it?

We drafted and developed Future Considerations and that’s all we got? Terrible asset management.

Please stop talking about a Wolf trade. It's making my stomach hurt.

Please lord let the future considerations be a bag of pucks, steak dinner, or a used bus. I want another one of those great stories.
