Good win, no trap games this year where they give away points.

The only thing Mangiapane ever does is get goals on the road, and tonight he didn't even do that.

Meanwhile, 46 saves for some nobody at the other end.

Is it any wonder this team is so horrible?

Get us a 2nd/3rd line RW! If we can push Ritchie down to 13th forward, maybe our 3rd line wouldn't look like the island of misfit toys.
1st line - unreal
2nd line - finally coming alive and have good chemistry
3rd line - has hockey players
4th line - great energy and can play heavy

Just noticed we're only 3 points out of 2nd in the division. And with all those games in hand...wow, this could turn out to be a very good home stand if the team can keep playing well. There are some tough games in there, for sure. But with how dominant they've been lately, I think the Flames can beat anyone right now.

And let's not forget... "They needed 2 games worth of shots to get those 4 goals, so they really only got 2 goals. Awful team can't score."

Are the Yotes the most embarrasing team and org in prosports? Maybe they should play on a pond.. Time to move the franchise. This is pathetic. Worst org in decades.
These coming from an Oilers fan is pathetically funny.

No, stupid Oilers fan, Yotes is not the most embarrassing team and org, and they are not worst org in decades, the team and org you're cheering for take the cake.

I was really hoping for Tanev to get a 5th point at the end of the game. It seems so unjust that he was a Canuck for as long as he was. Definitely does not seem the type to have deserved that fate.

Backlund has had a tendency to pick up his play in the second half for a couple years now. I think he'll put up more points in the second half and we see Coleman end up with 20 goals.

Thought the first line was on for a lot of good chances against tonight so I expect Sutter will be reminding them of that before the next game.

Unbelievable moments in this game from Gudbranson taking exception to the hard hit O’Brien threw on him and the preceding beat down he handed the league leader in fight majors to Coleman and his exclamation for the official to ‘Wake up’ before taking matters into his own hands and demolishing Boyd in front of Crouse and the ensuing dagger deflection on his very next shift. I said this in the Trade Speculation thread and I’ll say again here, this team is really building incredible layers from top to bottom all throughout the lineup and if they can manage to snag a Toffoli I think we are in for something special. Incredible performance heading into the allstar break and coming out of the break will be the next big test for this group.

That would still be better than playing in a $480 million urinal…

…with a sink inside, which one of your drool-faced media thinks is also a urinal.

Coleman's season starting to look better at 10 goals and 18 points in 41.

If he continues trending up and can notch 20/20 in 81 then I'm satisfied given all else he brings.
