The team that won that game deserved to win, but...

Glad they won. The single give up to Vancouver is a nothing burger. If the flames are competing for a spot with Vancouver things have gone way way off the rails.

Take the two points but that was a frustrating game to watch as a fan. Move on to the next!

Stop with the jt Miller talk. It's a desperate as the eichel and Kane talk.

Vanvouver had nothing all night, they did gum things up and do a lot of defending, but Calgary carried the play for sure.

I thought Tanev was terrific tonight. Just quietly super.

And I don't get the hate for Ras on the powerplay, I didn't think he was the issue. I thought the "get it to Johnny in the circle" strategy needed improving.

Johnnyslap for the win. Great goal.

Satan still can't believe an 85 mph clapper from Gaudreau won the game

Flames didn't even break a sweat on the PK. I actually think they out-chanced the Canucks in that situation tonight. That was masterful.

We just won't talk about the PP.

Flames deserved that win I felt like they were the far better team. Sure that could have been a call at the end, but so could the interference on Tkachuk that wasn't called.

Not gonna disagree that a call could have been made there but Vancouver was sloppy all night, had no business winning that game and still walked away with a point. Wouldn't surprise me if Calgary had more shorthanded shots than Vancouver did on the Powerplay.

They’ll own Shaw soon - it could happen.

Hopefully Miller dropped his value to a 4th round pick after that

Let's just say it wasn't nearly as obvious as two defencemen picking Tkachuk up off the ice so a national audience could see his feet windmilling in mid-air.

Good win and Johnny is unreal, as good as he is you sure notice that extra this year, just more confident and stronger and I don't think it's because of his last year to UFA either.

And Jacob Markstrom with his 7th shutout, wow.

Great win!

Give Gaudreau the "C", Pay him what he wants. Make us retire 13 in 17 years.
