No sorry, I meant if they would have signed him. Surprised they didn’t go after him hard in free agency. Saying if they had someone of his caliber.

As I understand it, a few teams did go after Marky.

He was pretty dead set on staying on or near the west coast which is why it came down to the three Canadian teams.

I don't know about that. I think he's just made connections out this way. He's talked about his mental health struggles in the past, and going to Vancouver was part of a turn around for him, so I think some of it is a comfort thing. What the North West offers as far as those things would probably also be a factor though.

The Blackhawks have a 2-1 lead late in the third period.

The Blackhawks win and Fleury going against his old team. He was a big reason they won.

Zibinejadian fashion for the Rangers as they lead 3-1. The Ducks opened the scoring and that was it for them as they only have a dozen shots on net!

The Kings have a commanding 3-0 lead after forty minutes. The Red Wings only have 13 shots on net.

Zach Fucale is a fun story. Looked like he'd never fulfill his potential, couldn't even stick in the AHL ... then at 26, he breaks an NHL record by not allowing a goal in his first 138 minutes of action. Goalies are weird, I guess.

The one game that stands out was the Red Wings-Kings. The shots were 27-2 for the Kings in the 1st period! Nedeljkovic was in net for Detroit and kept the score respectable as the Kings won 4-1. Kempe with a SHG.

Good to see Fleury stick it to his former team, the Bhawks beat the Knights 2-1 in reg time. Fleury made 30 saves in the win and there was only one penalty called in the game.

LOL on the Leafs as they blew a 4-1 lead and lose 5-4 in OT. Rantanen had 4 assists as he assisted on both the GTG and GWG.

It was tight game between the Rangers and Ducks for the first 2 periods. It was 1-1 heading into the 3rd period and then the Rangers skated into high gear. They out shot the Ducks 20-3 and scored 3 goals to win 4-1. The Ducks PK was perfect at 5/5, but, that didn't matter. The Rangers PK was 3/3.
