Matt Murray on waivers

I wanted the Flames to sign Murray the summer the Flames signed Markstrom instead. Shows you what I know.

The only time I wanted the Flames to sign Murray was back when he was a young goalie. Hadn't quite broken into the league but was a top Penguins prospect. I know the Flames had strong interest at that time. He went on to win 2 cups but it's been all downhill since.

32 yo Aaron Dell. From .857 & 4.12gaa last year to .862 & 4.52 so far this year


They had a 5-1-1 start where they allowed 2 goals per game.

Since then 3-9-2 allowing 4 goals per game.
