I picked Zary again. C with top 6 upside and whom has looked good when he has had opportunities at the higher levels. Really hoping he knocks it out of the park this season, we could use that sort of win.
Who's 4?
Wolf?

A 7th round pick will most definitely finish top 5.

Heck, I bet Wolf gets the #4 slot

Not in my view, I remember few years back with a similar poll(s) (i.e. Parsons, Gillies etc.)

Goaltenders should always be down the list somewhat

They are really tough to develop

I'm definitely taking Vladar before Wolf.

Love Wolf but he's definitely not expected to put up the numbers Vlader did in the AHL anytime soon.

What I want to know is why Reggie Dunlop has voted for Heinemen in both rounds

I think this is the direction I am leaning as well. Vlader looks really promising.

Somehow I completely missed the first poll and I'm getting to this one late.

Anyway, Zary would've been my vote for #1 so I'll go with him again here. Coronato is #2 on my list but I'm cool with him going first, too. They're very clearly the top tier, from my vantage point.

The Bruins fans and media were bragging about the tandem of Swayman and Vladar as being a pairing that made Rask expendable, and then we come along and take DV for a third-rounder. He seemed to be a real favorite over there, and I was amazed we snagged him. He's gonna be a great back-up, and will steal us some games-he should be #3.

I agree with Scorp in that I think Zary is still our #1, as he plays the more important position, and has shown his worth in his eye-opening stint with the Heat. I'm still waiting for him to grow another few inches, so he can be viewed as a true, prototypical #1C. I don't mind at all that Coronato was voted #1 though, as he scored a ton of goals in a league that's considered hard to score in.

From what I've seen he's huge but slides of out position way too much. Reminds me of our Calgary Tower Best Goalie not in the league.

Hope we have the right goaltending coaches to get him on track and give him the right training.

I guess we were confused by your use of the word “always” as meaning “this year only”.

Zary for me again. Pretty solid top 3 we have now though.

Zary, for me, as I had him and Coronato neck and neck for #1, well ahead of those in contention for #3.

But, here's how the two public prospect models view the winner and runner-up. Grab that popcorn and sit back! Or get mashing the keyboard if other people's work makes you angry.

Please note that the criteria each model uses for star and NHLer is different! JFresh/TopDownHockey will almost always be lower than Bader's as their thresholds are a much higher standard so adjust accordingly.
