I went:

EDM - 65
VAN - 15
WPG - 5
ANA - 5
LA - 5
TB - 5

Briefly thought about putting Ottawa on my list, both due to how they basically killed our season this year and with the Tkachuk brothers in prominent roles on each team.

But I don't think there's much history and/or intensity which are two of the main things that create a rivalry so I left them off.

I went with:

80% Edmonton (because they're no good)
9% Montreal (because of 86 and 89)
5% Vancouver (just enough to acknowledge their existence, but small enough to emphasize that nobody cares about them)
and a few 1% pity points to teams like Toronto, Winnipeg, and Tampa
