Besides the always awesome Alan Dudyk, Alice Wetterlund has done a great job in this series.

My wife and I have watched the first two episodes and there is something off about this season.

The show always worked for me because it was odd and quirky, that seems to be gone so far this season.

Yeah, I'm kind of with you on that. Its like it decided to really lean into it too far. Its somewhat off-putting rather than being enjoyable.
