His pissiness with the media.
The hack/whack on Gaudreau and then Mangiapane.
Beaver tailing the ice when he wants a pass.
Shaking his head when he doesn't get it.

I'm sure their fan base loves him, but from the outside he seems like a knob.
Lest we forget the slewfoot of Tkachuk.

Draisatl has always come across as a massive sourpuss, acting like the world owes him something. Guy has come off as a giant prick every time he's been interviewed.

The Flames did skate yesterday, but it barely got any attention.

No changes. Dube was on the ice in his usual spot.

Absolutely. McDingleberry wants to take it to the net. He pays a price!! And if Draisatl wants to continue to think he is a tough guy, then Looch needs to have a word with him!!

For all of their whining about MT, at least he'll basically attack you from the front, and he'll stand up for his actions. Draisaitl does a lot of stuff from behind and won't ever answer the bell.

Oiler fans talk about the so called code but have no understanding of it.

I wonder if that hit just messed up his pads or something, because he came out for a shift and didn't look bad, went to the DR, then came back and finished the game fine.

Draisaitl is a complete me first player. I remember when they had one of those table conversations and when asked if he could make one rule change what would it be. He wanted shoot out goals to be added to point totals.

Half that team seems "me first". I guess that's what you get when you win lotteries.

This is an exciting match up. Rivalry game, big standings implications, and a chance to tighten up the season series. I'm most excited to see how the Oilers D core handle the increased pressure of the Flames forecheck. Then I'm interested to see how the Flames players handle playing a more aggressive style in the D zone against the elite players on Edmonton.

Markstrom was brought in for these games and I hope he plays great tonight.

I can only inagine the media outcry if McDavid was hit with a clean open ice hit.
