The Blackhawks are 10-6-4. How the hell did that happen? Aren’t they supposed to be Ottawa/Detroit bad this year?

Their big weakness was goaltending, because everyone they had in net going into the season was a total nobody.

Well, one of those nobodies is currently a .921. That'll do it.

Also conserves energy by barely taking strides towards the defensive zone.

Did Demko actually not have control of that puck or did he just decide to fling it back into action for no reason?

There’s two broadcasts: Canucks on 360 and Oilers on SNW. The Canucks is far more bearable.

Lots of passes trying to go through two teams who clog it up. Many broken up plays.

Yup was watching the Oilers broadcast. Couldn't take it anymore.

Both those third period goals involved some brutal d zone coverage by Vancouver.

Two guys in dangerous spots with no defender remotely close. One of them is the leading points getter in the league.

It appears right now there is a clear top 4 in the North. Hopefully the Habs come back to earth to give the Flames a chance at the playoffs.

Honestly, the NHL should step in. It's completely unprofessional. Of course, that also applies to the Avalanche team, and that's been allowed to go on for years, so the precedent has been set I guess.

On an unrelated note, why is Puljujarvi allowed to play with his jersey tucked in? I thought that wasn't allowed anymore.

I’ve come to realize I will never like any Oilers broadcast because anyone who gets excited when the Oilers score annoys me to the point where I can’t look past it regardless of how good or bad they are.

Oilers broadcasts will just always suck.

Was about to tune in then saw the oilers tied it on, what else, PPG from Mcdingus and Draisaitl. Tv stays off... I can already imagine the narrative of the glorious triumph over adversity that the chosen one and the oilers that the pbp guys is spinning right now. Barf.

Flames can catch anyone other than the Leafs... especially when teams are playing each other. Not to mention a full slate of Sens games. Tons of hockey left.

Montreal has come back to earth

Sigh. Oilers are going to make the playoffs this year aren’t they? Stupid North division and a truck load of crappy Canadian teams.

Leafs, Jets and Oilers look like they will cruise to the playoffs. 4th spot should be a battle between the Flames and the Habs.
