Bieska is great because he doesn't just agree with everyone. He gets a good dialogue going. The discussion between him and Hrudy was great. No kissing butt but neither came off as a-holes.

Mathews, what a pace.
I wonder if he does it if it tarnished because he’s only playing Canadian clubs that suck for the most part.

Considering that he has something like 4 more games against Ottawa, 6 against Vancouver and 5 or 6 against Calgary 50 goals should be achievable.

My favourite thing about Kevin Bieksa is that he has a framed picture of Vernon fiddler mocking him. For those that haven’t seen it, google it. One of the funniest things I’ve ever seen on the ice.

He has two this year in two games against the Flames. Additionally, the way that the Flames are currently playing it could be easy pickings for Matthews. He could easily light them up.

My wish would have for the blue Nordique jerseys to have been worn instead because they look better. The Knights look like the are wearing the Flames jerseys. The gold ones should have been worn.
