This is fantasy land and too complicated, but I'd love it if there were 2 different conference/division alignments that alternated each year. It would be perfect with ARI or FLA moving to QC or TOR2

Yup, pretty typical last minute dogpile. There are three leafs and a ref looking right at it and all anyone does is pull Tkachuk off the goalie. If there was anything serious it would have been a brawl.

Shouldn't their coaching staff be the ones solely responsible if Campbell gets injured from that play? If they knew he already tweaked something, and still left him in, then it's their own fault if the guy gets injured from a hockey play. I feel pretty confident that the Canadian Division will manage to avoid any shutdowns. If they are the only Division left standing in April, then the League should just hold a three week, three-round series to crown a Stanley Cup winner, while the US teams all watch from the sidelines in shame:

· Team 1 gets a bye into the semifinals
· Teams 2 v. 7, 3 v. 6, 4 v. 5 play a seven-game entry series
· Three winners plus Division winner in Round Two
· Winners play in Cup Final.

There’s one leafs guy on CP. One. And he doesn’t seem too upset. Yet there are dozens and dozens of responses defending Chucky against the injustice of this supposed horde of leaf fans. Stop bringing Twitter drama to our quiet community.

Here’s an idea, if anyone here is incensed at the overreactions from leafs fans they are being bombarded with, maybe stick to replying in that forum and don’t bring that to CP. go fight with people on Twitter or Reddit or HF. I see no reason why you’d want to go out looking for crazy people and then get mad about it on CP.

It’s been one day, and, speaking for myself, I’m dealing with other friends who are leaf fans. It’s no big deal. No one’s mad.
