I thought Nesterov was a decent offensive D and he has a shot to be on PP1. That said I think a lot has to do with chemistry, and how the power play looks with each player on it. At this point I can say it won’t be Tanev, Hanifin, or Kylington. Most likely it will be Anderson, or Gio to start. By the end of the season it can be any one of four D(Anderson, Gio, Valimaki, Nesterov).
