But that takes Jankowski out of the lineup and he is a better player than Rinaldo, or whoever gets the 4th line wing spot with Ryan. Yes, we could stick Jankowski on the wing, but we still need one more winger:

My understanding is that Little is out for the season. Thats their "Backlund" and he scores at a simalar pace. Eakens and Lowry are solid centres but niether is as good as Backlund or Ryan. As great a player as Scheifele is, like Monahan hes no speed demon.
We have legit competition for bottom 6 spots and on the defense. Were home team in games 1,2 and 5. They may have Laine, Conner Ehlers and Wheeler but we may well be better down the middle and on defense. And we MAY get to use those match ups.
