The Snake commands that The Flames go 9-4-1.

Missed a few shifts in the first period after blocking a shot.

Way to stay with it. Columbus played such a difficult game with blocks and sticks in the way everywhere. Granteed was bang on in the GT - really reminded me of the Hartley-era Flames at some points.

Way to persevere and get that win. Huge two points in this race.

I miss when Brodie would attack the area he scored from today. Back when Hartley was coach, Brodie, Gio, Russell, Wideman made a living in that high slot.

As much as I don’t want to see the injury, I kinda want to see what 90 stitches looks like on the face. Even though it makes me cringe thinking about it.

Pretty frustrating game until the final 10 minutes but I'll take it. I'm looking forward to reading all the crying from salty Oilers fans.

Flames best players were better than Columbus’s best players

His comment about being slow to update his fans on Twitter because facial recognition on his phone not working was pure gold though.

Isn't that the same Hartley hockey that any and every advanced stat guy was saying how unsustainable hockey they played however>?

Frustrating for sure but the Flames were the better team for the majority of the game

Columbus got up and tried to pull an early 2000s Devils

Big win...that OT shift was ridiculous

The glory of winning the BOA in the 1st round would be amazing. Losing on the other hand would be so disgusting

Just cut out the early gaffs next time and you'll probably get a much less frustrating win. Just need to start on time here.

Also super proud of Talbot for closing the door after the first! That resilience is what we need from the G at home.
