Lmao. What a stupid excuse. Yeah, the refs told Tkachuk to cross-check a player for no reason at all.

Virtanen has 12 goals this year and Bennett a healthy scratch.... What a crap draft that was for the flames.

Yeah Rittich had a bad game, but the forwards had no jam at all. Turkey lag.

He was never going to be a star but he has really regressed. not sure what his contract situation is but i could see him going the way of Colborne, where the team s prepared to walk away.

Ward needs to make some adjustments. Start with the defense.

We have rolled with a struggling 2nd pair for too long now.

Drop Hamonic down.
Gio-Brodie
Hanifin-Andersson
Kylington-Hamonic

Backlund is better suited on the 3rd line, and the Flames need another top 6 player. Worth the price to get one? Not sure right now.

C'mon you know the refs gifted your Nux 2 PP, and good to see you when the Nux win.

That was a clunker of a game and it started with #33. Brutal 2nd goal to give up.

And when will Janko show another half decent offensive game? He needs to do that or go back to the popcorn row. And this poor in his contract year too. Pitiful.

One was traded a few days ago.. price wasn't even that crazy. But nope.. the Flames need to keep their first round picks to draft the next Jankowski, Nemisz, and Poirier.

Ah, yet another plausible excuse by the flames. Kidding aside, I feel like the 3 bad goals by rittich (last one was a laugher too) just took all the wind out of the team.

I don't know why rittich wasn't pulled after the 2 goals and the post. Talbot better be starting nye

Hard to think of anything to say that doesn't sound dramatic.

I just want the Flames to spend the money on a proven NHL stud coach and then see what happens.

Gaudreau needs to be dropped to the 3rd line again. Let Dube take his spot.

Hanifin reminds me of Bouwmeester and I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

Game Takes: Canucks 5 Flames 2

- Tough bounces
- Not a great Rittich start
- unimpressive push back

I'd drop him from pp1 and move Ryan up to take his place on the half boards. That sends a message.

He's totally checked out.

No team in this league is overcoming a goaltending performance like that, that said why is Jankowski playing at this point? Rasmus needs to be top four, and Backlund can’t be in top six, but this is nothing new.
