Aspen Extreme which was given the tag line "Top Gun on the Slopes".
It came out in 1993, but reminds me so much of bad movies made in the mid 80s.
Stars Paul Gross and Peter Berg.
Dumb but fun.

ALL ABOARD!
I have a soft spot for Howard the Duck. Everything about it is arguably terrible but I was 10 or so when I watched it so I was in the sweet spot for people who would enjoy the movie.
Also Lea Thompson was everything at that time of my life.

Its actually on TV tonight, and yes, the 80's were Lea Thompson time.

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes only received a 27% rating on rotten tomatoes, yet its just absolutely brilliant.

I had such a massive crush on her back then, beginning with All the Right Moves and Jaws 3.

Beverly Hills Ninja is indeed classic. I feel like I might watch it again right now.
Hot Rod too is Andy Samberg and crew at their absolute best. Nacho Libre at a 40% is low IMO too. Comedies will always be something only a segment of people find funny, but for the style of film and comedy they go for in those movies you're probably hard pressed to find much better.

I loved the movie Empire Records when it came out (29%), plus Liv Tyler was really hot in it. Can't hardly wait was another one I loved as a teen (40%).
The Beach, 20%!!!, was a movie with an unreal soundtrack and really a pretty decent movie.

Batman V Superman is a great movie, I think a lot of the hate it gets because it wasn't like the MCU.

I don't think you'll see a lot of people sharing your opinion. Jessie Eisenberg alone makes me turn off that movie everytime. He literally kills it and not in a good way.

First Line Centre
TBS and it's continual showing of Beastmaster makes it my favourite 'bad' good movie - I don't care what Rotten Tomatoes says.

ALL ABOARD!
This isn't the place to debate whether a movie is bad or not.
If it's at < 30% on Rotten Tomatoes it is a bad movie for the majority people. There are just too many flaws in the film to make it good.
This is a thread for bad movies that you enjoy unapologetically.

Richie Rich with Macauley Culkin was my go to movie as a kid!
But actually thinking about it, 24% makes perfect sense.
