No he didn't.

He talked about having grown up during the troubles. Seperate to the story of the rape.

He then talked about the incident with his friend and how he "went out to black areas in this city" seeking conflict.

There are no black areas in Belfast or any other city or town in Northern Ireland. It did not happen there.

A lot of people from N Ireland are making the same point, its a long drive to Dublin which would have been the nearest area with any kind of black population
