If you notice, regardless of change in management, this club tends to repeat it's blunders.

Not playing youth, over development, drafting poorly *cough* hunter smith/kanzig *cough*, trading away picks. Hell even jersey design if you want to reach out to all areas.

Outside the first rounders, there isn't much to look at as far as development and making it, stay an outlier in Gaudreau and Brodie. Maybe a Ferland.

Decent, but not outstanding.

Lose points for the unwavering attempt to make Sam a Centre.

Win points for moving some of the kids through the system to get a chance in the Show.

Lose points for not keeping them around long enough when useless vets got to play instead.

Win points for managing the assets they could see continuing and dropping the guys they couldn't see a future for.

Kudos for moving some players they didn't need, but could have held back, to other clubs to give 'em a chance.
