How does Backlund not win the puck off a clean face off win by Bennett, in the Sharks zone?

Man, sure feels like out season is cursed. I can't remember a season with so many goals from far out.

His stick was held. Clear penalty but no call.

It's a little annoying how visibly upset Smith gets at his teammates whenever there's someone to blame for a tip or bad goal...

Tipped or not by the d-man, Smith has to make that save.

Not really. Those types of goals happen to every team. Just a weird fluke.

Ya just re-watched it. Stick hooked and then leg tripped. It’s how she’s gonna go, wait for the soft penalty against the flames

That goal reminded me of the 4-2 one in game 3.

Off Dougie's blade too.

I end up tuning into almost every game a few minutes late, and I always have the feeling we'll be down before I turn it on. And we almost always are.

IMO happening at an abnormal rate at home this season - especially early in games.

.898 save percentage on home ice now.

I love Smith but I’ve noticed this a lot as well. Like any goal that gets behind him is never his fault.
