Stajan with a wicked hit on McDavid in the 2nd and a solid block at the end. Great game by that line.

Not a huge fan of Stajan, but HELL of a block in the dying seconds. Great job.

Nick Shore was really good. Backlund and Bennett were fantastic on the shutdown line. Hamonic and Brodie did a solid job. Smith was the best player on the ice.

Thats a monkey shaker right there.
Smith wasn't taking no for an answer. What a game by the MVP. Anyone want to challenge that?
Only goat I would say tonight was Hathaway, but he wasn't terrible, just meh.
That was one of the few total team efforts I watched all season and it was nice to see some heart and desperation at the end.
Shutout for Smitty!! BOO YEAH

McDavid plays sooooo much. It's actually absurd. He was on like 5 of the last 6 minutes. No Good.

Well if they want a shot at making the playoffs having their #1 goalie healthy and playing well is a great sign.
Not sure it was a must-win, but it was close, so huge victory. Keep it going.

Don't you realize that no matter what McDavid has to get some kind of accolade even in a shutout game? Even indirectly. Backlund gets first star just for containing him lol
