7:45 AM PT Update: Another guy went to the driver's side and Corey says the guy stabbed him with some sort of syringe or other sharp object and then the car took off. Cops now say there is some sort of mark on Corey's abdomen.
See your point, my bad; main point was more to highlight the fact that it is starting to look a lot less like Corey is at the centre of some giant conspiracy, and more like he is struggling with his own mental health issues.
Child stars have been messed up forever. And while sexual abuse was undoubtedly the culprit for some, I doubt it was for everyone. Working away from family, having no normal friends or school life, surrounded by ruthlessly ambitious and narcissistic adults, praised and indulged by everyone you meet, boys/girls your own age throwing themselves at your feet, your ego fed to monstrous size, exposed to excessive drinking and drugs at a young age - that's probably enough to screw up most 12 year olds.
Not much different from young hockey players...Theo Fleury immediately comes to mind.
Most who have been abused sexually have very common problems later on in their lives.
