I was listening to the Montreal radio feed 960 is carrying. They are nothing like our locals (who are borderline apologist )in that they are all over Price, Julien, and other players. They were actually saying that if Montreal loses tonight that Price would be a goat. The guy is the only thing separating them from a lottery pick and they have the nerve to single out Price. Could you imagine if they had the Flames goaltending? There would be riots.

I caught some of game two while driving and they were ripping into Nesterov pretty harshly. They said Davidson would be in the rest of the series and it looks like theyre right.

The fact (that they seem to be reluctant to admit) is that the team in front of their world class goalie is in reality quite mediocre.
The Habs aren't really elite in any facet of the game. They're fast, but they don't have top end skill. And they're not stingy on defense either. This is why even with Price, there is still a gap between them and actual contention.
Kind of a shame the Habs reward for winning the division was playing a team with a better record than the Senators and Bruins. 2nd place was a much better position to be in. You never want to face the Rangers in the first round.

Kind of weird that they have trouble figuring that out when they have these regular season point totals the last few years:
100
110
82
103
Can anyone guess which season they didn't have Price for most of?
