They're not really too rare, you can find them in Fish Creek around Bebo Grove and Shannon Terrace, and in the Weaslehead and Griffith Woods. You can actually get fairly close to them in Fish Creek while they're on the ground.

I've seen 'em a couple times in the Weaselhead over the years.
