Sloppy coverage allows TVR to walk all the way in between the dots...TVR unassisted (from Klefbom) to make it 3-1. 'Hawks are starting to dominate possession.
We 'Hawk fans expect TVR to be the expansion draft casualty, unless StanBow cuts a throw in deal where they take Kruger's $3M contract off of our hands (not that losing Kruger is a good thing, but, his contract seems the most movable).

Not only was the pass nice, but I think Klefbom also set a pretty good screen. A1 job all around.

Benning gets isolated on Kane and takes a hooking call. 'Hawks give up a 2 on 1 SH break against, but, Kane hustles back to make it a 2 on 2. 'Hawks toss the puck into the crease, and Panik scores a greasy goal, on the PP. 4-1 'Hawks now.
Comments: Panik is having a career year, and has been a blessing, being a cheap contract. Kane and Panarin work as hard as any 'Hawk on the back check. They get accused of being "one-dimensional", but, while it's true that they never will threaten the Selke, they ARE responsible in their own zone.
Game note: Q has made an adjustment to the 3rd and 4th line...Rasmussen and Kero swap lines, to give a little experience to the 4th, and improve the speed of the 3rd.

The Ducks were down 3-0 and 4-1 and came back to tie it. The Capitals managed to score a late goal followed by an empty net goal to win 6-4. Ovechkin with just one point.

Q presses the reset button and flips Kero and Rasmussen back to their starting lines....

Haha!! The Tenderness just threw down. (I didn't catch who he fought, but he had to be a fellow creampuff because that one looked like a pillow fight)

How is it the Oilers play not only this game but their next two games against teams playing on the second night of back to backs. Literally 4 straight games including their last game against Montreal.
NHL doing everything in their power to get the Oil and their precious new building back into the playoffs. What a joke.

Awesome day.
Nucks lose. Leafs lose. Oilers lose. Jets lose.
Would have been great if the Habs won, but f it, great to see them lose too.
Anyways, watching after hours. Best deal the Oilers made in past few years in maroon. Seems like a solid player and personality.
