Chaisson always hangs out near the blueline lately. Is that on purpose? Not a fan of the two man forward unit, little support from 39 would have been nice

Love Hathaway's game, throwing his body around with good clean hits

Wow, it didn't take the Flames half a game to get a powerplay.

I've noticed that. The problem is even when gets the puck he sends it back to the dmen instead of rushing it back in while the opposing team is flat footed... Low hockey iq ?

I was surprised to find out (through the Blue Jackets broadcast) that Hathaway was born in Florida, specifically Naples which is straight west of me on the Gulf coast.
Sure, he grew up in Maine, but he's still another Florida born player to make it to the NHL and score a goal. Seems to be a new trend in the NHL.

Oh no....Florida has finally infiltrated the NHL...someone is going to throw an alligator at someone else.

Not a good play by Versteeg. Total possession and just threw it away.

Moronic power play. Flames seem determined to keep the puck on the boards.
