Ken King is probably the main reason the Flames have thrived in Calgary since 2004. I didn't care for his meddling as team president but I feel that some posters have built up an irrational dislike for the guy. Do you even know why you dislike him or are you just jumping on the wagon?

No kidding, some of these people who winge about King must've have been fans during the Ron Bremner era. Ken is responsible for returning the organization to relevance.

It's a really great venue for concerts - I've been for a ton of shows, but can't say I ever went for a game.

It's great for concerts. I played there once with my bar band in a battle of the bands thing and it was great.

It is not so hot for sports - the main screen is huge but the food is mediocre.
