It's the only sn channel I don't have, that I would actually use, so adding a sports package for one single channel is a huge waste of cash for me.

I actually feel good about this one. More so then most seasons.
If they win this one but lose every other game this season, I'll still consider it a successful season.

Well that's your choice. There's been quite a few games on sn360 so far and I imagine will be quite a few more so for the extra few dollars a month I think it's worth it. Can't imagine not watching a Flames game to save a few dollars but everyone has their priorities I guess.
Can't imagine a sports package being much more than having all the SN channels except for one.

So do we bring up Hathaway as well now with Bouma going down?? I say Hathaway because he replaces the grit factor but I wouldn't mind seeing one of Mangiapane, Klimchuk or Jankowski either, our AHL team is flying offensively.

I only get the SD version. And I get the complaints, not everyone can afford it. It's 2016, there's no reason for it to be on a channel that not everyone gets. Rogers sucks.

Think we've found our middle ground. We can both agree there's not much separating top from bottom and too assume that this team can't turn it around or click is just as naive as it would be to believe that after a couple wins back to back that all our problems are solved and we're due for a deep post season.

Sorry but if you can afford cable you can afford the extra 2-5% a month extra for an extra channel. This isn't on Rogers, the schedule was released before the season started, if you want to watch all the games it's pretty affordable. This isn't them charging $12 or so a game for a PPV game like they used to.
And not everyone gets all the SN channels, you had to order them. So many things to complain about SN but this isn't one of them.

SN1 is the correct channel. Jets/Rangers is on SNW and SN360 when the Flames game starts.

the standings are an illusion in the NHL. The only real benchmark for playoffs is 12 points per 10 games. if the flames lose tonight - they have to win 6 in a row just to get back to that pace - let alone have any cushion.
