Why is the Stajan line out on the powerplay?

Stajan line is the best (so far). He's been decent all year. No Bollig makes a difference.

I don't understand the line changes so far. Gaudreau line came on for 5 seconds then off. You're in the offensive zone as well. Weird decisions.
