I have sat up in this level twice and did not care for it - but if you are going to a lot of games and you are not in the group of 1%'rs, then I get why you would buy tickets in this level
personally, I get free tickets to about 4 games per year, so if I take my son to see the Kings (his team), I don't mind spending money to get lower bowl tickets as I mentally spread the cost over the games I went to see for free.
