lol at the concerns of only making rookie max in Manhattan. Manhattan's ridiculously expensive, but he's not making $50k a year and having to find housing and then live paycheck to paycheck.
Put it this way, if any of you were making $1mil a year, you could move there and live comfortably. No you're not buying or renting a penthouse suite but you're getting a decent place by Manhattan standards.
Not to mention, he can just live a little further away from Manhattan if he's really worried about money.
