Nice to see Hearn get a couple of shots back to finish his round at +2 - If he can go low tomorrow, he's certainly not out of it.

Wow, even Golf Central is not being shown in Canada for the next 2 weeks because they will undoubtedly have olympics talk and highlights. Just silly.
It looks like the main NBC feed will show some of the final round on Sunday, but that is it. Missing out on Faldo, Feherty, Koch, Maltbie, and Miller. Sucks.

Rough start for DeLeat today, +2 through 5. Also, Seamus Power is unquestionably the best name in the tournament, and maybe the best name in the Olympics.

This world feed really sucks, really wish we had the Golf Channel feed for this.

TSN should just circumvent CBC and show GC coverage anyway. I wonder if the fact there will likely be no Americans in contention means there won't even be a chance to see some coverage on the weekend on NBC.

I read Geoff Shackleford on Twitter say that Golf Channel tried to provide the coverage for everyone and Canada passed on that option.

Well hopefully they learn from the mistake for 2020. Even the official Rio website for tracking the leaderboard sucks. The first thing that pops up is the leaderboard for just todays round, so when I first saw it this morning Hearn was on top because he was like -2 on his round, even though he was 10 shots back of the actual leader.

Ya, it'll be interesting to hear the comparisons in the coming week between the broadcasts. Maybe if we complain enough it's not too late for us to get the Golf Channel broadcast for the women's tournament

Marcus Fraser is sure taking advantage of his opportunity though. Only here because Jason Day, Adam Scott, Marc Leishman and Matt Jones pulled out, but playing great and could turn this into a laugher if he keeps it up. Stenson lurking though.

I'm actually enjoying the golf coverage. The less American-centric nonsense, the better!

The coverage isn't great but the best part is that the coverage is diverse. They are jumping all over the course and showing shots from all sorts of players. With the typical CBS/Golf Channel/etc. productions they only focus on half a dozen players (the leaders and the big name players.)
They are still showing too much Sergio though. But at least he is struggling so it makes me happy.

Looking more and more like this will be a blowout. Fraser playing very well and no one has put any pressure on him yet.

Cruising on day 2, and continuing to play well on day 4 when you have the lead, are two very, very different things

No doubt, but having a 5 shot lead affords one the chance to make a few mistakes and be just fine. Plus everyone else has to press and play more aggressive, which more often than not leads to mistakes. But Fraser has been an absolute rock so far, 1 bogey in 30 holes is impressive regardless of the tournament.

Stenson is applying some pressure now. He should be able to finish the round at -10.

Delaet birdies 18 to finish even on the day. Still in contention at -5.
This is the best leaderboard I've found, even has a shot-tracker to follow along.

I guess Fowler finally got laid on Tinder. -7 thru his first 10 today. If he can post a 61 he can get himself in it tomorrow.
